**Position Overview**:
The Associate Quality Control position is responsible for making sure that

engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the

right tools, materials and processes. She/ he also involves in designing the

company’s quality standards and testing processes. This position is also

responsible for identifying and raising quality issues and for speedily resolving

them to ensure zero impact on the customer.

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge in EMS Process (SMT, TH, Mechanical Assembly)
- Good knowledge in quality systems and measurement
- Knowledge in Automotive standards and electronics
- Soldering
- Attention to details
- Good problem-solving skills for electronic circuits

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all quality related issues for each product in EMS line
- Identifying the root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for the

quality Issues.
- Daily tracker for reported issues and circulate to team.
- Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented

effectively and maintained
- Management of the quality Engineers for rework and issue analysis for

resolution of internal Quality Concerns.

**Education qualification**:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, A

Master's degree in any of these fields would be an added advantage.
