**Job Summary**:
As a Hotel Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will manage a team of staff across various departments, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and work to maintain high standards of quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure that all guest requests, inquiries, and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote the hotel and attract guests.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare and analyze reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel operations or management, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in hospitality management or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
