**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and laundry staff.
- Assign tasks, train new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and motivation within the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- **Operational Management**:

- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff to ensure they understand and adhere to all housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Keep the team updated on the latest cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the housekeeping team.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all housekeeping staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a hotel housekeeping department.
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and move around the hotel for extended periods.
- The role may involve working in a variety of environments, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push cleaning equipment and supplies..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
