**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and laundry staff.
- Assign tasks, train new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and motivation within the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- **Operational Management**:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
