**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and user-friendly mobile app interfaces (UI) and flows (UX) for Android and iOS platforms.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into highly usable and visually appealing interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and deliver design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design iterations.
- Follow design best practices and ensure consistency in branding and UI patterns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design innovations, and mobile design guidelines (Material Design, Apple HIG).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects (required).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
- Knowledge of app usability testing tools like Maze, Lookback, or Hotjar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
