In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences across both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to transform business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven mobile apps.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about mobile technologies and eager to contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain advanced mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing apps.- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across multiple devices and operating systems.- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services into applications.- Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.- Handle app release processes including submission, updates, and maintenance on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.- Debug and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize app performance.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features within deadlines.- Keep up to date with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends, tools, and Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3+ years of hands-on Flutter experience.- Strong expertise in Dart programming language and object-oriented principles.- Proficiency in state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.- Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics) and in-app purchases.- Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development for platform-specific integrations.- Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment for Flutter projects (Fastlane, Codemagic, etc.) is a plus.- Experience with application lifecycle, debugging, and memory management.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in collaborative team environments.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects with modern mobile technologies.- Collaborative and inclusive work culture where your ideas are valued.- Exposure to end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle.- Competitive salary and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.
