**Job Details**
- **Job Title**: Telesales and Marketing Executive
- **Location**: Ambala City
- **Gender**: Male/Female
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Plus incentives/bonuses based on performance).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in Field visit, Telemarketing, or Business Development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients (individuals and businesses) to pitch safety training programs.
- Explaining the features, benefits, and value of Safety Training courses.
- Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
- Maintaining a detailed database of contacts and sales activities.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Must be a graduate.**:
- Proven track record in telesales or marketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
