**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote security and facility management services.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, residential complexes, and commercial establishments.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaigns and their outcomes.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in security or facility management services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
