**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to effectively handle tender submissions and secure successful bids.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze tender opportunities from various sources.
- Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs for tenders.
- Maintain and update tender-related documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical requirements of tender submissions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track tender status and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in contract negotiation and post-tender documentation.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Graduate degree (freshers are welcome to apply).

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
