Role Overview
We are hiring a skilled
Procurement Manager
for a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing sourcing, purchasing, vendor relations, and cost control for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction projects.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers for materials such as steel, cement, aggregates, MEP items, equipment, and consumables.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors.
  • Review and approve RFQs, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordination with project/site teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Monitor material inventory levels and manage logistics and storage.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, finance, and site teams.
  • Track procurement budgets, cost savings, and pricing trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi procurement regulations.
  • Prepare procurement schedules, reports, and vendor performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry (Gulf experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting.
  • Experience with vendor development, tendering, and contract management.
  • Familiarity with ERP / SAP or similar procurement systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
