**Role**:Sr.Sales Associate

**Location**:Gurgaon, Sector-58

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The role needs adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for a superlative

performance.
- As a Sr. sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives.
- You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.
- You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and aggressive follow-ups.
- You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales.
- You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.
- Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain
- Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process
- Daily report generation and process compliance
- Knowledge of banking and financial industry preferred
- Should be able to handle and manage the team given.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in outbound sales calling process in **Loan consolidation **and **Debt Collection**.
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- 2-6 years sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well within a team and independently
- Past experience in facing U.S client understanding of trade finance would be a plus
- Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply
