**Responsibilities**:

- Research global trends, consumer insights, ingredients, and textures in skincare, haircare, and makeup.
- Ideate and propose new product concepts in alignment with brand identity.
- Collaborate with R&D, packaging, design, marketing, regulatory, and sourcing teams to bring products from idea to shelf.
- Prepare product briefs, formulations, shade selections, and claims.
- Track product development timelines and ensure on-time launches.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and maintain product innovation reports.
- Participate in testing and evaluation of lab samples.
- Coordinate product trials, packaging development, and pilot batches.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science / Chemistry / Pharmacy / Biotechnology or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in cosmetic new product development or R&D preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, textures, and market trends.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with a passion for beauty and personal care products.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
