**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **one-on-one counselling sessions** to employees, addressing both personal and professional challenges.
- Conduct **group workshops, wellness talks, and stress management sessions**.
- Identify early signs of employee distress and proactively intervene with appropriate support.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to design and implement **employee wellbeing initiatives**.
- Offer counselling tailored to the unique dynamics of corporate, real estate, and hospitality work environments.
- Maintain confidentiality while creating a safe and non-judgmental space for employees.
- Regularly assess and report on overall employee wellbeing trends, offering insights for organizational development.
- Support in building a **positive organizational culture** where mental, emotional, and physical health are prioritized.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in **Psychology, Counselling, or a related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of professional counselling experience**, with exposure to **corporates, real estate firms, and hotels**.
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills**.
- Ability to build trust and approach employees with sensitivity and empathy.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to **sense unspoken employee struggles**.
- Based in **Bangalore** and open to working closely with employees at various project/office sites.
