**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales of Travel Packages**:

- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Jingo Holidays’ travel packages.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable packages.
- Follow up with leads and past clients to maintain communication and drive conversions.
- Present and sell additional services, including hotel bookings and car rentals.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and available services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- **Booking Management**:

- Manage bookings for tours, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and meet client expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage bookings, and generate reports on sales activities.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing promotional materials and updating client databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to help refine sales strategies.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Represent Jingo Holidays at travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and new destinations to offer clients the best travel solutions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.

**Schedule**:

- Six days per week.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Saturday.
- Weekend availability.

**Experience**:

- Travel sales: 2 years (required)
- CRM software: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Work Location**:

- In person
