**We're Hiring: Architect / Interior Designer**
**Location**: T. Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai

**Office Hours**
- **Base Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- **Usual Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Overtime**: Paid per minute based on biometric logs

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and 3D views
- Review and refine design drawings
- Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define goals, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with the site team to provide necessary inputs and drawings
- Work closely with structural engineers for project integration

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**:

- Good understanding of **architectural drawings and 3D views**:
