**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both exterior and interior projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Lead the conceptualization and design of architectural projects, ensuring a harmonious integration of exterior and interior elements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences, translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- **3D Modeling & Visualization**:

- Utilize advanced 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max) to create detailed architectural models and renderings.
- Develop photorealistic visualizations and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, adhering to building codes and regulations.
- Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Oversee the construction process, conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
