**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for high-end residential projects
- Create 2D working drawings, 3D models, presentations, and mood boards
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure design execution
- Supervise site works to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards
- Prepare BOQs and assist in budgeting and procurement
- Stay up to date with design trends, innovations, and materials
- Work collaboratively with the design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 0 to 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture/interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit or Lumion is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and site execution
- Excellent design presentation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
