Role: - Senior IT Procurement Specialist
Job Location - Mumbai (Near Marol Metro Station)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English; confident in vendor interactions (calls/meetings).
- **Ownership**: Demonstrates responsibility, accountability, and focus on the timely closure of assigned tasks.
- **Vendor Management**: Handle entire End-to-End Vendor Management
- **Vendor Sourcing**: Should have handled vendor Sourcing and Vendor On-Boarding
- **Vendor Negotiation**: Handle Vendor Negotiation
- **Procurement**: Handle Entire Procurement Cycle
- **Core Skills**: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procure-to-pay process knowledge.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Word.
- **Coordination**: Effective in working with PAN India teams for purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
- **Problem-solving**: Capable of handling escalations and managing internal/external audits.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work extended hours in emergencies.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
