ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in both German and English languages.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations, bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team member.
- Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.

- Shift timings: 24x7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
- Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
- Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

SELECTION CRITERIA
- B2 level German language certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in customer support or a similar role
- Freshers with excellent English and German language skills are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts and WFO.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written skills [ German (B2 level) & English ]
- Basic understanding of the company’s travel-related products and services.
- Knowledge of customer service policies and procedures related to travel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE
- Round 1 - HR (Walk-in)
- Round 2 - Ops Round (In-person)
- Round 3 - German Language Test
- Round 4 - Mettl Test

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
