**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and files, including student data, correspondence, and meeting notes.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff and faculty.
- **Communication**: Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters and announcements.
- **Assistance to Staff**: Support faculty and administrative staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Help manage office supplies and resources, ensuring that the office is adequately stocked.
- **Data Entry**: Input data into relevant databases and maintain accuracy in records.
