Front Office Executive
**Reports to**
CEO & MD
**Purpose**:
To build, retain trusting relationships with customers and address customer queries.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them
- Resolving customer complaints, delivery issues quickly and effectively
- Retaining customers and asking for referral from repeat customers
- Interacting with customers through Social Media and addressing their queries
- Managing the reward points of customers
- Upsell and cross sell through customer service interactions
- Analyze and share customer interaction insights to management
**Events & Engagements**
- Communicating offers and deals to customers and drive sales
- Initiate innovative activities for customers in social media and engaging them
- Coordinating for outbound promotional events organized
**Data Management & Reports**
- Adding new customers in the Baby Amore WhatsApp Group
- Sending MIS Reports to Management periodically
- Maintaining customer database up to date
**Other Responsibilities**
- Following up payment with the customer
- Supporting Social Media Team & E Commerce Operations Team as and when required
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600034, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
