**Job Title**: Real Estate Leasing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to prospective tenants to generate leasing opportunities.
- Handle inquiries and follow up with tenants for property leasing.
- Maintain updated records of available properties, tenant requirements, and leasing status.
- Coordinate and schedule property visits, inspections, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and tenants.
- Support in finalizing and closing lease agreements with a professional and persuasive approach.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Patient personality with a proactive leasing mindset.
- Must own a scooty/bike (conveyance/fuel will be reimbursed).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Excel).
