**Key Responsibilities**
- **Bid Research and Identification**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify suitable bid opportunities on the GEM platform, aligning with our company's capabilities and business objectives.
- Analyze bid documents, terms and conditions, and eligibility criteria to determine suitability for participation.
- **Bid Preparation**:

- Prepare comprehensive bid documents, including technical proposals, financial bids, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to GEM's guidelines and requirements, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- **Bid Submission**:

- Submit bids electronically on the GEM platform, following the prescribed procedures and deadlines.
- Monitor bid status and address any queries or clarifications from government departments.
- **Online Auction Participation**:

- Actively participate in online auctions, strategically bidding to secure contracts at competitive prices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to make informed bidding decisions.
- **Bid Tracking and Follow-up**:

- Track the progress of submitted bids, following up with government departments as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of required documents and information.
- **Contract Management**:

- Once awarded, assist in contract management activities, including contract review, execution, and performance monitoring.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze bid data to identify trends, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and insights to inform future bidding strategies.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online bidding or procurement, preferably on the GEM platform.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
