Production Service Systems Administrator 3

Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to install, troubleshoot and maintain PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components including App Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web logic Servers.
- Should have adequate knowledge on Database Refresh/clone, RMAN backup/recovery and Performance tuning
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Interact with analysts and user community to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems. Prepare and deliver recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage systems for high availability, and satisfactory response time.
- Hands-on working knowledge of PeopleSoft Change Assistant, Application Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, and Application Engine
- SQL Server or Oracle Database certification is a plus
- Expected to work in night shifts and weekend shift to support project activities
