**Job Summary**
- The Systems Administrator will support offices in India with all IT operational matters relating to ICT infrastructure, end-points setup and distribution, including vendor management.
**Essential Functions**:
- Configure / troubleshoot workstations, notebooks and printer hardware including any software errors
- Triage, resolve or escalate any helpdesk or service requests raise by end-users and follow-up to ensure a satisfied resolution is provided
- Configure, operate, monitor and maintenance of network infrastructure including firewall, wide area and local area network equipment, physical and virtual servers, backup devices and UPS
- Maintain and monitor WAN and VPN connectivity between Thailand and other overseas offices
- Perform regular backup operations and implementation of processes for data protection
- Maintain and manage hardware / software lifecycle including asset inventories and renewals
- Manage CCTV / PABX / Door Access Systems
- Work with other overseas IT resources in the Organization to gain operational familiarity
- Maintain and implement IT documentations and policies
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
**Desired Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years in related field
**Relevant Skills Set Required**:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and relevant networking / server technologies
- Administrative knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Administrative knowledge of Windows Server and Hyper V
- Able to work autonomously and collaborate within a team environment
- Able to communicate in English (verbal and writing)
- Learning and sharing attitude
