**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients to promote Wedding Toli's services.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals.
- Showcase the value of our services to clients and negotiate contracts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Share feedback with management to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail, events, or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Immediate joiners highly desirable.
