We are seeking a motivated and result-driven **Sales Executive** to manage **B2B and B2C sales**, covering both product sales and court sales. This role will be key to building our market presence and driving business growth.
**Role Overview**
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong client relationships. The role requires proactive lead generation, consistent follow-ups, and coordination with the marketing team to ensure maximum conversion and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and review potential leads from designated lead sources on a daily basis.
- Share new lead details with the Marketing Manager for consolidation and tracking.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Contact and engage with prospective clients, presenting Padel India’s products and services.
- Nurture and follow up with pipeline leads to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Promote both **product sales** (sports equipment, gear, etc.) and **court sales** (B2B partnerships and B2C bookings).
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or service-oriented industries (motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in tracking sales activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹9,769.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month
