**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategy Development**:Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Conduct market analysis, identify target demographics, and select optimal digital channels for customer engagement.

**Content Creation and Management**: Develop and manage engaging content across platforms, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and graphics. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

**SEO**:Enhance website content for improved search engine visibility. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and stay updated with search engine algorithm changes.

**Social Media Marketing**:Manage social media platforms to build brand presence. Develop strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and utilize paid advertising to target specific demographics.

**PPC Advertising**:Execute targeted advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads. Manage budgets, create compelling ad copy, and monitor ad performance for optimal ROI.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze data from various sources to assess marketing strategy effectiveness. Utilize insights for campaign optimization.

**CRO**:Identify and implement improvements in digital marketing campaigns, focusing on user experience, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

**Marketing Automation**:Utilize tools to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring time efficiency and consistent messaging.

**Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to adapt strategies effectively.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

**Brand Management**:Oversee and enhance the brand's online reputation, managing online mentions and engaging with customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content creation, PPC advertising, and CRO.
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to new trends and technologies in the digital landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
