Ensure timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers as per contractual terms and conditions through effective management of operations at the location’s Service centre and PUD.
- Drive key performance metrics for various operations processes in the Service Center & PUD
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence at the location (e.g. On-time delivery performance, Transit times, RTO reduction, Timely connectivity onto the network, Reduction in errors, etc.)
- Support the operations capability building initiatives in the service centre by facilitating the conduct of various functional training programs for operations teams at Service Centre & PUD
- Ensure optimum productivity and utilization of fleet
- Ensure safety and security of all shipments in the location.

Evaluate existing infrastructure for operations in the service centre and/or PUD, Seek approval from the Area / Branch Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
