**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
- ** Client Engagement**: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions from our technology offerings, Answer questions about products or the company.
- ** Sales Pipeline Management**: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and closing deals.
- ** Product Demonstrations**: Schedule and conduct product demos for prospective clients to showcase our technology solutions.
- ** Relationship Building**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to maximize sales opportunities, Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation, Professional approach/Relationship with customers.
- ** Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into clients, Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- ** CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the company’s CRM system, Enter and update customer information in the database.
- ** Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position Linkwave’s offerings.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction, direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- ** 1-3 years of experience** in inside sales, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
