**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a **fundraising strategy** aligned with company growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with **HNI, Angel Investors, VCs, Family Offices, Banks, and Institutions**.
- Prepare and deliver compelling **investment presentations, pitch decks, and financial models**.
- Manage the **end-to-end fundraising cycle** - from prospecting to deal closure.
- Support **due diligence processes** and coordinate with legal/finance teams.
- Ensure timely and transparent **communication with investors** (reports, updates, reviews).
- Stay updated with **market trends, EV sector opportunities, and investment movements**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in **fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, or capital raising**.
- Strong **network of investors** (preferred experience in EV, renewable energy, or manufacturing sectors).
- Excellent **financial modeling and valuation** skills.
- Proven track record of **closing investment deals**.
- Exceptional **presentation, communication, and negotiation** abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growth-oriented leadership team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Fundraising: 5 years (preferred)
- Investment management: 5 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Jaipur city, Rajasthan (preferred)
