Role Description This is a full-time role for an Investor Relations and Fundraising professional. The role involves developing and managing relationships with investors, overseeing fundraising campaigns, preparing detailed investment proposals, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. The candidate will also analyze market trends, identify investment opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making. The individual should have the network to raise capital for the company. Qualifications - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage with investors and stakeholders effectively. - Expertise in fundraising, investment proposal preparation, and capital-raising strategies. - Analytical proficiency, including the ability to interpret financial data, research market trends, and assess investment opportunities. - Knowledge of investor relations, financial modeling, and strategic planning in fast-paced environments. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in beauty or consumer products industries is a plus but not required. - Need to have experience working as a lead in raising the capital for a brand. - Should have network with multiple VCs and Angel Investor to raise capital for the company. - Need to have a good years of experience.
