**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies**: Design and implement effective fundraising strategies that align with Imperial Armoury’s growth objectives and financial targets.
- **Identify and Secure Funding Sources**: Research and pursue funding opportunities from venture capitalists, government grants, defense contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth investors, defense contractors, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- **Craft Persuasive Proposals and Pitches**: Develop compelling funding proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to investors and defense-related funding bodies.
- **Organize Fundraising Events and Campaigns**: Plan and coordinate fundraising events, investor briefings, and targeted campaigns to maximize funding potential.
- **Financial Reporting and Accountability**: Monitor and report on fundraising performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with financial goals.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with product development, marketing, and executive leadership to align fundraising efforts with strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or investor relations within the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the defense industry, government contracting processes, and investment landscapes.
- **Communication and Presentation Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and deliver persuasive presentations.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**: Strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investors, defense contractors, and government agencies.
- **Strategic and Analytical Thinking**: Ability to develop strategic fundraising plans, analyze funding trends, and adapt to changing financial landscapes.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Defense Studies, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with government contracting and defense procurement processes.
- Familiarity with venture capital fundraising, especially in defense technology.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the defense sector.
- Experience in organizing investor roadshows and strategic partnership meetings.
