Fundraising Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals, in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Identify potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporate partnerships, foundations, and grants, and create targeted outreach plans for each segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors while also cultivating new donor prospects through various channels, including personal meetings, networking events, and digital communication.
- Research and identify grant opportunities that align with the organization's projects, and prepare compelling grant proposals to secure funding.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create persuasive fundraising materials, including case statements, impact reports, and campaign collateral.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, ranging from small donor gatherings to larger-scale fundraising galas or conferences.
- Utilize fundraising platforms and technology to streamline donation processing, track donor interactions, and monitor campaign performance.
- Develop and implement donor recognition and stewardship programs to ensure donors feel appreciated and engaged with the organization's work.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to fundraising efforts.
- Stay current with fundraising trends, best practices, and compliance regulations in the nonprofit sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, or Communications).
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising messages and grant proposals.
- Passion for the organization's mission and a genuine interest in making a positive impact in the community.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, especially during fundraising events or campaigns.
