**Scope and Responsibilities**:

- Handling bidding process of IPO/NCD/Bonds. - Updating the interest rate and brokerage of FD. - Generating IPO in the system and keeping record of FD, NCD, IPO brokerage. - Coordinating with AMC, lead Manager, FD Company for resolving queries regarding various distribution products. - Doing reconciliation of Mutual Fund, IPO, FD, Bond, NCD. - Making the sub-brokerage payout to IFA/BA/MA on a timely Manner. - Updating new IPO/FD/NCD/BOND forms in the website. - Coordinating with the Software team to update the Bidding and other processing files. - Reconciliation of Tax Invoices and Credit Note, Pass the JV / CHR / CHP entry in system. - Maintaining MIS of MF, IPO, NCD, Bonds, FD, Bonds.
