MongoDB is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global RFP function. This is a new role and joins a newly formed team responsible for the completion of all phases of the RFP process. We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate, has strong organization skills and can work globally to demanding deadlines and across different time zones. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for partnering with the various teams who are responsible with responding to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires and collaborating with members of these teams (Security, Finance, Legal, Solution Architects, Products, Sales, Deal Strategy and other functions) to ensure content is completed in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities...**:

- Manage the routing of cases to the correct internal teams for RFP responses.
- Ensure timely completion of smaller questionnaires and information requests.
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires and gather input from team members.
- Work with customer portals for document and questionnaire upload.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content library for RFP responses.
- Work with the RFP team to assist and drive global best practices, identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency in RFP response process.
- Track the progress of the RFP response and communicate progress regularly and clearly to stakeholders, ensuring that major issues are escalated and addressed.
- Manage and enforce timelines to comply with proposal deadlines.
- Assist with gathering and reporting metrics of RFP case queue.

**Requirements...**:

- Minimum 2 years related work experience in RFPs/RFIs, Proposal writing or similar preferred.
- Basic understanding of the RFP process.
- Experience in a high-functioning sales or sales support organization, SaaS environment is a plus.
- Experience completing smaller questionnaires and information requests
- Experience with the content management and automation capabilities of RFP software like RFPio, Loopio, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent proofreading and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with remote team members.
- Work to time constraints while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; prioritizing tasks and setting expectations accordingly, especially under pressure.
- Highly organized and a self-motivated team player.
