THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Associate at 'Avomexicano' is responsible for all the activities related to customer acquisition and retention programs.

The Digital Marketing Associate will work on

2. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels (such as IG, FB, and LinkedIn) through a social media calendar

3. Analysing, studying, measuring, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (e.g. through Insights on Instagram) and using the data to increase customer engagement + boost brand awareness

4. Innovating and presenting new marketing platforms and strategies

5. Running ads on FB, Insta & Google and working on tags & trending keywords

6. Recognizing the target audience

7. Utilizing a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

8. Preparing weekly performance reports for all platforms

9. Should have connection & know about newspaper ads editorial.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and allocate budgets, analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends to channel owners and agency partners
Collaborate with creative and marketing agencies to guide A/B creative tests and audience segmentation strategies to determine which messages and campaigns work the best for the various target audiences
Drive the strategy behind existing channels, as well as identify and launch new channels. Stay on top of the changing digital ecosystem including advertising formats, channels, and technologies
Understand your products inside out. Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand.
Explore new marketing opportunities such as social media channels, apps, ad formats, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum 3-5years of experience in consumer marketing, with 1+ years of leading high-performing marketing teams.
Ability to leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach us potential customers
Experience working with an in-house digital product, brand, and creative teams
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics
A marketplace or Hyperlocal commerce experience is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
