Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Planner

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on order requirements and capacity. Prioritize orders to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure timely completion of all job work assignments
- 2. Order Management: Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Collaborate with sales and production teams to address order-related queries. Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, and delivery timelines.

3. Supplier Coordination: Identify and manage reliable suppliers for raw materials and job work. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

4. Material Management: Coordinate the procurement and inventory of raw materials to avoid shortages. Maintain inventory levels in line with production demands and cost targets. Conduct regular audits of stock and update records in ERP systems.

5. Job Work Management: Assign and oversee external job work to ensure timely and quality completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with job workers and vendors. Evaluate job work costs and suggest cost-effective improvements.

6. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all components meet specifications. Address and resolve quality issues with suppliers and job workers.

7. Continuous Improvement: Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Implement best practices to reduce waste, control costs, and improve productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in production planning, supplier management, or a similar role in the

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Yearly bonus
