Designation: Product Planner Location: Chandragadh, Jamnagar Industry: Brass Manufacturing (Export Unit) About the Organization: A well-established brass components export manufacturing company based in Chandragadh, Jamnagar , specializing in precision-engineered brass products supplied to international markets. The company is known for delivering consistent quality, timely exports, and maintaining stringent product planning and process control standards. About the Role: The Product Planner will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, customer order planning, inventory control, and dispatch management to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations for domestic and export orders. The role will also involve close coordination with the production, purchase, quality, and export documentation teams. Key Role Objectives: Prepare and manage production planning and material requirement schedules as per order deadlines. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order execution. Track production progress, manage inventory levels, and prioritize urgent export orders. Plan and schedule dispatches according to customer requirements and shipment commitments. Maintain detailed records of production schedules, pending orders, and dispatch plans. Work closely with the marketing and export documentation team for order status updates. Ensure effective communication with all internal departments for smooth workflow. Generate MIS reports for management on production status, delivery performance, and order fulfillment. Basic Requirements: Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Management Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in production planning, dispatch planning, or operations coordination, preferably in a brass or engineering manufacturing unit. Strong organizational and planning skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Familiarity with export order management will be an added advantage. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and good at coordination. Updated professional CV with latest inbuilt passport-size professional photo is mandatory.
