Nokia's IP Division is recruiting highly motivated Software Developers & Test Engineers. We are growing our team that’s responsible for building Intent based Automation (FSS- Fabric Services System ) for Datacentre Networks.

FSS is a new product developed from scratch using microservice fundamentals. It provides the openness, flexibility, robustness and automation to make data centre and cloud environments easier to scale, adapt and operate.

We are looking for specialists in Design, Test and UI, to help us build a world class product for Tier 1 Carriers and Large-Scale Enterprise Customers.

FSS is built using latest technical stack with next generation tools and technologies, including:

- Golang, Python
- Microservices (Kubernetes, Helm), Docker, Kafka, Traefik, ELK, Prometheus etc. - Web technologies (HTML5, Javascript, REST)
- Linux
- Design & Development of features and enhancements for our intent driven SDN orchestration platform, built ground up.
- Developing solutions to achieve Customer high-availability network requirements, while reaching defined scaled and performance targets.
- Working in a team-based Agile Environment; collaborate with Testers and Product Management to refine requirements, develop, and test our Carrier grade solutions.
- Collaborating with Nokia developers to jointly define network management interfaces. - Keenly following and participating in standardization activities in this space. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced programming skills in Golang, Java, or any modern programming language towards Microservice Development. Golang is preferred.
- Experience on technologies like Kafka, Docker, Databases (Mongo, Neo4j), ELK, Prometheus etc.
- Experience in developing distributed scale-out backend systems (aspects like restartability, ACID transactionality, redundancy etc. will be great.
- Knowledge of Network Management Concepts and Communication Protocols & Modelling Language like GNMI, Netconf, Yang etc. is a plus
- Knowledge on IP Networking (preferably Datacentre Networks & Protocols like VXLAN, EVPN/L3-VPN, BGP, Routing etc.)
