**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day field activities for solar panel installations.
- Coordinate with on-site technicians, contractors, and clients during installation.
- Ensure electrical work is carried out safely and complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot installation issues, and report project status to the project manager.
- Perform quality checks and ensure proper functioning of the solar systems post-installation.
- Maintain proper documentation of work progress and materials used on-site.
- Assist in site surveys and feasibility assessments when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 0-3 years of experience in field work or electrical supervision (freshers may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across different locations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.

**Additional Details**:

- **Working Environment**: On-field (site-based work)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
