Eligibility Criteria
- Education:

- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- ITI (Wireman/Electrician) with supervisor license can also apply
- Certification: Must hold or be eligible for Electrical Supervisor License as per Government/CEIG regulations.
- Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project execution, site supervision, or service work.
- Knowledge of LT/HT installation, wiring, earthing, DB, panel works, and liaisoning with DISCOM.
- Age: 25-40 years (flexible based on skill & maturity).
- Language: Gujarati & Hindi mandatory, English preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical works at site, ensuring quality & safety compliance.
- Manage technician teams, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Verify and approve wiring, cabling, earthing, DB/Panel installation as per drawings.
- Conduct material verification (checking challans, stock vs. site requirement).
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants for site updates and approvals.
- Maintain site reports, measurement sheets, and daily progress logs.
- Ensure compliance with IS standards, IE rules, and company SOPs.
- Identify faults & troubleshooting in case of breakdown.
- Train and guide junior technicians on proper work practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of LT & HT systems (wiring, earthing, panels, metering).
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams & electrical drawings.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on knowledge of meter shifting, load extension, cable sizing, and termination work.
- Team leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel for reporting (preferred).
- Good communication & customer handling skills.
