
Payment Receivable Officer

Job Purpose We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payment Receivable Officer
to manage the accounts receivable process and ensure timely collections
from clients. This role involves regular client communication, maintaining
accurate financial records, and assisting in the improvement of internal
processes to enhance overall efficiency and cash flow management.
Major Duties &
**Responsibilities**:
- Strengthen and maintain client relationships by communicating
professionally regarding past-due accounts.
- Ensure timely collections through regular follow-up via calls and
- Collect outstanding revenue by reminding clients of overdue payments
and addressing outstanding payments.
- Prepare and maintain the Sundry Debtors List for accurate tracking of
receivables.
- Investigate and resolve irregularities, disputes, or client inquiries
regarding account balances.
- Maintain organized records and reports related to collections and
outstanding balances.
- Support efforts to streamline and enhance the accounts receivable
process by identifying areas for improvement.

- Assist the manager in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Required Skill Set: - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving
mindset.
