**Role Overview**:

- Organize mobilization drives and support community outreach work in designated clusters.
- Develop and implement outreach plans for youth mobilization throughout the project duration.
- Facilitate the onboarding of eligible youth onto the technology platform, ensuring proper documentary validation.
- Engage with youths to understand their aspirations, skill sets, and competencies, and support their end-to-end journey.

**Job Summary: Social Security Scheme Mobilizer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Outreach**:

- Conduct field visits to identify and educate individuals about the available social security schemes.
- Organize workshops and awareness camps to inform local communities about their rights and benefits.
- **Application Support**:

- Assist eligible individuals in collecting necessary documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, etc., required for enrollment.
- Ensure proper documentation and submission for schemes such as Eshram Card, ABHA Card, Pehchan Card, Udyam Registration, etc.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Help applicants prepare and gather required documents like Aadhaar card, voter ID, bank passbook, and photographs.
- Maintain detailed records of individuals enrolled and ensure successful submission and follow-up for scheme approval.
- **Liaison with Local Authorities**:

- Coordinate with banks, government offices, and other institutions to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Support in navigating the official portals for schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY), PM Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME), and other relevant programs.
- **Training and Skill Development Assistance**:

- Educate communities on available training, skill development, and entrepreneurial support programs tied to these schemes.
- Provide information about schemes that offer career counseling, job notifications, and vocational training (e.g., National Career Services).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working with government schemes or social security programs.
- Strong knowledge of various government schemes such as Eshram Card, ABHA Card, Pehchan Card, Udyam Registration, etc.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures, financial assistance schemes, and insurance programs.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with communities and institutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and navigating online portals.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail in managing documents and records.
