Position - Assistant Manager/International Sales Executive

Shift Timings: 14 Hrs - 20 Hrs(8 hours shift)

CTC: As per company norms ( Negotiable )

Roles & Responsibility:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone. (Non -Travelling Job)
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- collaborate with team members to achieve better results

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree - 2+ years of sales experience.
- Fluent in Spanish (must have )
- Excellent customerservice and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
