Job Title: Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

- Provide information about our products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus.
