
Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for our international process. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
Making outbound calls to the US to check Claim status, Handling denials, and Patient
Eligibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
