We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for our international process. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. **Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Additional language skills are a plus.

Making outbound calls to the US to check Claim status, Handling denials, and Patient
Eligibility.
To check Insurance Follow-up
Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within a stipulated time
5 days working (Sat-Sun off)
Shift timing: -5:30PM to 2:30 AM
Cab, meal and insurance policy
International voice process
Salary
- 18K CTC to 20K CTC for fresher
21K CTC to 24K CTC for experienced
If having experience as an AR caller, a salary
- of up to 35k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
