**Mainframe Operation - Bangalore (Whitefield) - 1-3 years - Ready to work for 24/7 shift**
**About the team** The Command Center team operates 24/7 from Pune and Bangalore. It consists of the Mainframe Command Center, Open Systems Command Center, and Batch Scheduling. This team monitors all data centers globally. They handle alerts, job errors, raise tickets, perform level 1 fixes, and escalate issues to level 2 teams. With the recent acquisition of Worldpay, this team will also be involved in integrating activities of our combined organization.
**What we're looking for**: - Working knowledge of at least three scheduling tools (CA7, Zeke, ZWS/TWS/OPC, Control-M, ESP) - Experience in handling IPL and DR activities - Proficient in handling CICS, IMS, MQ, DB2 related alerts - Expertise in working with Netview, Omegaview, BMC Mainview, and other console monitoring tools
