- Development of retail channels
- Identify and appoint distributor
- Clearly communicate product technical and commercial details with retailer/client
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Daily visit and sales report
- Ensure product visibility/placements at retailer outlets
- Achieving monthly sales target
- Timely payment collection
- Coordination with dispatch/back-office
- Daily reporting
- Execute various promotional campaigns
- Give constant feedback on competitive position
- Identify growth opportunities
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.

- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Ability and intense desire to sell
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and CRM software
- Verbal proficiency in English, Hindi and Chhattisgarhi
- Prior experience in sales would be an added advantage.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
