**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Effectively coordinating and managing key projects to ensure smooth execution
- Attending and resolving complaints within agreed time frames
- Issuing warranty certificates for completed projects
- Interacting with Product Management teams in India on quality issues
- Assisting the Training Manager on Regional Installation training activities
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Sales, Support, etc.) on key projects as directed by the Regional Head
- Ensuring strict adherence to installation guidelines
- Checking, guiding, and reporting about site conditions to the Regional Head
- Ensuring proper storage of materials at the site as per industry norms
- Providing training to installers according to industry standards
- Ensuring the usage of correct tools at the sites
- Effectively handling complaints and providing excellent customer service
- Providing support to Product Managers by handling queries regarding the right products and installation details
- Guiding and training the Sales Support team for correct ordering of materials and accessories
- Regularly collecting feedback from Project Managers on the quality of installations, products, and accessories
- Driving continuous improvement in the installation process and promoting the use of the right accessories
- Ensuring safety measures are undertaken by Channel Partners responsible for installation
- Interacting with product managers to initiate the installation process for L3 products and acting as the nodal point of contact for ceiling installers
- Arranging and supervising mock-ups as required
- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Architecture Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in site handling of complex commercial constructions with a contracting company or Project Management Consultancy
- Functional and methodological expertise
- Proficient in AutoCAD and ability to read engineering/architectural drawings
- Exposure to Project Management and building services including electrical/mechanical/plumbing
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with installation teams and stakeholders
- Strong workforce management and planning skills

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in handling technical matters
- Systematic approach to planning and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
